With his family owning a local boating business it was inevitable that Anthony’s fascination for boats and fishing whilst growing up would lead to him making a living from the ocean that he loves. For over 35 years Anthony has been a part of the local fishing industry, working for 13 years on tuna and cray boats & the past 25 years running his own oyster farm.

Working with the everchanging natural environment and the challenges that this can present is what Anthony loves about oyster farming. This love for the natural world enables him to provide a top-quality product to the market that showcases the best of South Australian seafood.
